Is it easy to change the chip? The answer is no. It is not easy to change the chip. It could be like “I clap my hands and it’s done”, but as a matter of fact, this hands clapping may take long months (or more) loads of effort, physical and emotional pain, lack of energy, disbelief, anxiety and more effort. Then faith in whatever you do believe, specially in yourself. Resilience. Positivity. Much more effort and a bit more of pain. Resilience is the keyword. Then never give up, keep your head up and learn something about self love. And then, suddenly, you feel like you’ve changed the chip. A bit stronger✖️
