How many hours are you on you cell phone?
How many thing you wanted to do but you didn’t?
How many times have you felt intoxicated by the things you see on social medias?
Just do a DETOX! Take out the bad and put in the good.
Enjoy more of your time with things that make you happy and make you grow.
Could be a sport, meditation, reading, writing or even just being by yourself.
I’m not saying you should stop using your cell phone, but use it with consciousness.
